Practical Studies Library Energy Calibration Spectra An example of a "quick check" wide scan spectrum for routine calibration purposes. The copper reference spectrum in the "Characterised Materials - Elements" library is recorded at 0.70eV per step over the range 0 - 1400 eV, the sum of 15 repetitive etches & scans.
